Karyn's story

Okay, guys, here's the play-by-play of yesterday and it was five-by-five (sorry, I've been suffering from "Faith-speak-itis"... don't be too concerned unless I start callin' ya by your first initial).
EXT/INT METRO COMICS - DAY
Karyn and her friends arrive. Since their tickets are numbered, there is no need to wait in the big line. Karyn goes to talk to her other friends who bought tickets before them and they are getting ready to go in for pics and autographs. Suddenly, unbeknownst to most of the bystanders, Joss Whedon comes out of the store, right next to Karyn.
KARYN
(unexplainably calm)
Oh, hey, it's Joss.
JOSS
Hey. I just wanted to check out the poster.
Joss looks at the "Aly and ASH are HERE!" poster in the window and goes back inside. All the bystanders then realize that HE is JOSS. Karyn decides that she should take advantage of his presence and write him a quick note telling of her appreciation of the show and her writing aspirations. She takes the note into the store and finds Joss checking out the SPAWN t-shirts.
KARYN
(leaning over the border string thing)
Uh... Joss!
JOSS
(turning)
Yeah?
KARYN
(handing him the note)
This is for you.
JOSS
Uh, thanks.
KARYN
It's a fan letter type thing... for you.
JOSS
Oh! Cool!
Karyn is bubbling with excitement. Joss looks over the note and looks back up at Karyn as she backs toward the door and waves at her. Time passes and it's finally time. Karyn gets her picture taken with Aly and ASH. ASH is very charming and huggy. She gets ASH to sign her Buffy magazine. Then came Aly.
KARYN
Hi. I have about 8,000 things for you to sign.
ALY
(starts signing stuff)
Okay.
KARYN
I'm here on behalf of the Hanniganites.
ALY
(stops and looks up)
OH!! HI!!
KARYN
(grinning)
Hi.
ALY
(shaking Karyn's hand)
It's so nice to meet you... finally... officially.
Aly signs a picture for the Hanniganites [which Karyn will put on the page as soon as she can get it scanned], (SIDE NOTE: The autograph is now on the index page of Karyn's Hanniga-what? webpage) taking time to write a graffiti-esque "HI!" until ASH speaks up.
KARYN
(handing Aly the letters)
These are letters from the Hanniganites, since they couldn't be here.
ALY
Oh! Cool!
She puts the letters with her stuff.
ASH
(teasing)
You're holding up the line.
ALY
Oh.
(looks up to see that the line has backed up)
Oh, I didn't slow things up, didn't I!
Karyn thanks Aly and leaves.
LATER THAT DAY
The signing is wrapping up. Karyn and Co. are still haning around the store. Aly and ASH are doing an interview. During this interview, Aly was asked whether or not she has an official fan club.
ALY
Well, I've said "yes" to one, but I haven't heard back from anyone.
Karyn's ears perked up at this comment. She wanted to ask Aly right then and there if she would consider the Hanniganites if the other club didn't work out. But the manager of the store had a stick up his butt and ushered them out as soon as the interview concluded. DRAT!! But she does have the e-mail addys of the Prez and VP... so here's hopin'.
