Frogbert & Frogger give these movies two opposable thumbs up

What do the following Hanniganite movies have in common?
- They are rip-offs of popular movies (Air Force One, Titanic, Anastasia, Star Wars, and The Matrix).
- The heroine is Alyson Hannigan, while the hero is Hanniganite President Nick.
- All of the characters' names are combinations of the popular movie characters and the posters' names on which they are based. Ex: Natalie + Molly Brown = Natolly
So how did these wacky rip-offs get started? Around the time of the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal, posters were teasing Nick because he was the president of the Hanniganites. After watching "Air Force One" on ABC, I decided to post a story proving that Nick doesn't chase after interns; instead, he fights "vampire terrorists" (this was written in '98) who hijack the "Aly Force One" presidential plane. So that's how the first movie was started. Then in e-mails announcing Hanniganites' birthdays, I decided to spruce up the plain "It's so-and-so's birthday!" announcement by creating a background story. I wrote a rip-off of Titanic, which meant copying lines from the actual script, and inserting Buffy the Vampire Slayer jokes & quotes, and message board jokes in the story. Then after "Ti-taly-tic" was well-received, other Hanniganites kept "Hanni Hollywood" alive. Natalie wrote "Alystasia" and "Hanniganite Wars," and Adam did a rip-off of "The Matrix."
Aly Force One (coming back soon!)
First Hanniganite related movie ripoff (loosely based on the film, "Air Force One"), with Aly quotes from 1st to mid-2nd season of BuffyTVS. A "Ben Folds Five" cd and Alyson Hannigan come to the aid of President Nick who must save his plane from evil vampires. Rated G.
Ti-taly-tic (coming back soon!)
Another Hanniganite related movie ripoff (loosely based on the unknown film "Titanic"), that served as a background story for "Hanni-gram" birthday email reminders. A "love makes you do the wacky" plot, with 3rd class passenger Nack Dawson and Aly as passengers aboard the R.M.S. Titalytic. They try to survive on the sinking ship, and avoid encountering evil fiancee, Scal, Celine Dion's high voice and confused Hanniganites. Rated P.G.-13
Raiders of the Lost Chat (coming soon!)
Alystasia
Another Hanniganite related movie ripoff, written by Natalie (loosely based on the unknown film "Anastasia"), as a background story for weekly Frog City chat reminders. It chronicles the historical tale of a Russian princess suffering from amnesia, "Alystasia," who, with the help of Dinicktri, regains her memory and returns to her "Grandmama", Mareva. Rated G.
Hanniganite Wars
Another Hanniganite related movie ripoff, written by Natalie (loosely based on the unknown film "Star Wars"). Princess Aly, held captive by evil Dark Vahar, asks Mikey-wan Kenobi and co. (i.e. Nuke Skytrotter) to retrieve the stolen plans to the Alan Parsons Project and deliver them to Frog City.
